Oil and Food Recycling

Hep Oils provides the valuable link to recycle not just waste oil but also waste food. You can rest assured that 99% all of your waste is taken to our depot and disposed off in an environmentally friendly manner.

Hep Oils is fully certified to XYZ EU certification. We are certified under ABC and hold an Environment Agency waste carriers license. We operate at the highest standards and are constantly trying to improve our practice.

Fuels for the Future

Waste is used to produce the renewable energy bio-diesel. Biofuel is an alternative to regular diesel and minimises carbon emissions, reducing harmful emissions, improving air quality for all.

  1. Pick up

    Your waste is picked up by a certified driver and placed in to a purpose built container. The waste is then taken back to our SALSA certified depot in Harefield.

  2. Arrival at the Depot

    Once the waste arrives at the depot it is sorted and it is treated. It is then used in the production of renewable energy in the form of bio-fuel.

  3. Transformed to Bio-fuel

    Biodiesel is a low carbon alternative to diesel. Since it is made from waste oil it minimises carbon emissions, reduces harmful emissions and improves air quality for all.

  4. Back to the grid

    Once the waste has been transformed in to bio-diesel it is put back in to the grid. Hep Olis makes sure that the majority of waste oil is transformed and send back to the grid.
